The interface simplifies complex financial data into a cohesive, interactive dashboard. Associates can explore their earnings, simulate future savings, and understand the full value of their benefits through clear, visual breakdowns and personalized insights.

Through extensive co-design sessions and feedback loops with store associates, we crafted an experience that builds trust, improves financial literacy, and makes compensation feel tangible and accessible.
