Walmart EV Charging

As electric vehicle adoption accelerates, charging infrastructure must evolve from a technical utility into a seamless, hospitable service. This project explores the end-to-end digital and physical experience of charging at Walmart locations.

I designed the mobile-first charging flow, which seamlessly integrates with the existing Walmart app. The experience guides drivers from real-time charger availability and navigation to plug-in confirmation, transparent pricing, and session tracking.

By bridging the gap between hardware and software, we designed a charging ritual that transforms wait time into a convenient, rewarding shopping experience, helping Walmart lead the transition to sustainable transit.
