Living Design 4 represents a paradigm shift in how Walmart builds digital products. As the company's next-generation global design system, it is designed from the ground up to support both human-centric interfaces and agentic AI workflows.

I led the core systems architecture, introducing intelligent design tokens and self-optimizing components that dynamically adapt to user intent, accessibility needs, and device form factors across Walmart's global scale.

By integrating AI-assisted design-to-code pipelines, we reduced front-end development cycles by 60% and established a unified visual and interactive language across hundreds of internal and customer-facing platforms.
